The girls had a field trip to the Pioneer Museum here in Douglas today with the whole Kindergarten class. It was so much fun, and all the kids were so excited. Their teacher has been a very bright spot in their lives this year. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher to start their schooling off. The girls love her, and come home so excited to go back the next day. They are little sponges and have a love and desire to learn each and everyday. On a side note during the visit at the museum today there was furniture there I would die to have, and of course my girls (Alli today) had to say something "mom you have this kind of furniture downstairs, so does that mean we have a museum too." Yep out of the mouth of kids, but it was so funny. Great day with a great bunch of kiddos, and a amazing teacher (all of them are!)

Monday, January 6, 2014
It was freezing while we walked into church this morning (2 degrees) and the girls said "mom I think its a indoor day today, huh". So after church we came home, I fixed lunch, put a movie on, and did my morning devotions while the girls watch their movie. Madi kept looking outside and saying brrrrr mom look at the blowing snow. So as today's word for my challenge is perfect for the weather we are having, I still have two girls who would rather be outside playing then stuck inside watching the snow blow. So I have wanted to do this for months just haven't had the time to do it. So we grabbed the balloons, some color dye, and filled them up (was very messy and my hands still have dye on them). Got all bundled up and headed outside! Now we wait, but the girls had fun and are so excited to see what they look like when we take the balloon off later this evening!

Dubois to meet with my Father
My father lives in California and for the past 3 years we have wanted to get together. So This last February right before the girls 3rd Birthday my dad came to Dubois Wyoming with my Uncle and Aunt just to see me. It was great! The girls got to meet their papa Newhall finally and we got to play in the snow. It was a great trip if only for two days but you take what you can get.
